Join us for our Canine & Small Animal Health & First Aid Course, designed for pet owners, pet care professionals, and anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies. This hands-on, in-depth course will equip you with essential skills to recognise, prevent, and respond to a variety of health concerns and first aid situations.
What you will learn
- Recognising signs of illness and injury
- Basic pet anatomy and vital signs
- CPR and emergency response techniques
- Wound care and bandaging
- Poisoning and choking response
- Heatstroke, shock, and seizures management
- Handling common pet emergencies with confidence

Wednesdays & Sundays | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Wednesdays) | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sundays)

Refresher / CPD Course
Ideal for those needing a refresher or CPD – £70.00
Course includes
A comprehensive booklet and Certificate of Attendance, valid for 2 years
Recognised as an in-person refresher by professional hydrotherapy and other pet associations
Tea, coffee, and breakfast pastries (please bring your own lunch)
Practical assessments with emergency scenarios, including bandaging techniques
CPR training using a mannequin
Written assignment for Level 3 or hydrotherapy qualification attendees
